The travel & hospitality industry in Malacca is having cutthroat competition since early of YE 2024 where the competitors are trying to banish others from the business by using ruinous practices in order to gain a greater share of the market.

Please imagine, RM100-RM200 (weekdays) & RM150-RM250 (weekends) per night for 2 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms & 4 bedrooms units for 8 to 15 pax which is absolutely absurd. This pricing strategy is visibly not up to s***f, it risks losing profits to property owners and potentially harming its long term viability especially those management companies with fewer financial resources may even be driven out of business.

The best response to a price war is to dodge direct conflict through a variety of strategies. One of them is to differentiate our product offering from that of the lower cost competitor because a superior products or services like Amadel® Residence has a better position to preserve its pricing power. We will stay in the course and continue to do good to our customers.

Last but not least, it is a rigorous journey doubtlessly in 1st half YE 2024 that demands unwavering dedication, meticulous attention to detail, and indomitable determination to upholding standards.
