Because of previous 'Safari' activities, we have more than 30 years experience in the tourism industry. iful country and its diversity of people, in fact, doing anything to make our guests' stay in Namibia more relaxed and enjoyable. Our family managed Guestfarm is a 4300 ha multipurpose working ranch, situated north of the Bismarck Mountains in the time-saving proximity of the Windhoek International Airport 'Hosea Kutako'. We consider ourselves fortunate - the Ranch lies parallel to the Runway and is pretty undisturbed by take-off and landing noises. Road access is easy and uncomplicated: from the tarmac National Road (Transkalahari Highway - B6) onto a well-maintained farm road (1.5km to the premises). Etango Ranch Guestfarm is part of the 125 000 ha Namatanga Conservancy. This vast area where mountains, Kalahari Sand and Central Highland ecosystems overlap creating an area of unrivaled biodiversity. It is also a well known birding 'hotspot'. If you enter or exit our beautiful Namibia at the International Airport or just would like to enjoy true Namibian hospitality, then Etango Ranch Guestfarm is the place for you! We are a special venue that not only caters for normal Guestfarm visitors, but also for visitors entering Namibia by Air, or passengers that need to be at the airport very early in the morning. Transit passengers, who have only a few hours at their disposal, can spend these precious hours enjoying our hospitality and the peace and tranquility of our farm. Our caring personal attention and service is nationally and internationally recognized. At Etango Ranch we strive to create a relaxed atmosphere for our guests in a natural farm-style setting! Sundowners around a campfire couldn't do this more justice - the perfect way to end off the day! :)

The "Big" Dam - only a 30 minute walk from the main guesthouse to this tranquil spot where one can watch animals like Kudu, Warthog, Hartebees, Oryx and even Zebra (on occasion) undisturbed, having a drink or just roaming around in the open grass plains. Nature at its best!
