.RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Promoting and marketing the business
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints
• Providing advice about visas or passports
• Selling Flight tickets, Holiday Packages and Travel Insurance
• Preparing promotional materials and displays.
• Handling incoming calls.
• Managing Current and New Clients records.
• Recording information as needed.
• Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
• Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
• Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required.
• Coordinating events as necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers. Laminating and Spiral Binding machine.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Ms word and MS PowerPoint) Corel draw or other graphic design software.
• Warm personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well under limited supervision.
• Great communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Ability to make reservations on GDS such as Amadeus, Sabre and Galileo. (Training available)
