ALFASINE SECURITY & SYSTEMS LIMITED, a Private Limited Liability Company was incorporated in 1988, registered to carry out amongst other things, sales, supply, installation and consultancy services on electronic security, radio communication, information technology, safety equipment a
nd executive. In a competitive field like ours, where quality, efficiency and expertise are decisive factors for global acceptance, ALFASINE, with her aggressive drive for excellence have succeeded immensely by creating a niche for itself through sheer determination and our customer-first/customer-get-best policy. Considering the vast marketing potentials in Nigeria and the need to foster a close working relationship with our teeming clientele, we decided to site our corporate headquarters in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory with branches at strategic cities including Lagos, Calabar EPZ, Uyo, Port Harcourt, and have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with PaxCorp International, a US based private security intelligence and brokerage company. Our goal is to provide a variety of security services and products to our clients aimed at providing them safety under different circumstances. We have the capabilities and resources to render our services in all parts of Nigeria and beyond, if and when called upon to do so. Backed by vast educational and practical experience, the ALFASINE team adapts the latest international know-how to the specific needs of Nigeria and Africa. The organizational structure of ALFASINE is so defined as to allow for flexibility in terms of decision making at the lower echelon of the company. This factor is what keeps us ahead of our rivals as sale executives are vested with prompt decision making as regards to pricing and customer satisfaction. As the ORGANOGRAM depicts, command flows from the General Manager down the ladder, with the GM being answerable to the Managing Director and the Board. As an engineering group, ALFASINE deals with project initiation, management and ex*****on in all areas of electrical/electronic engineering. PROJECT MANAGEMENT
ALFASINE, provide project management from moment of inception. This includes feasibility studies and installation testing during the preliminary stages of the project, examining alternative proposals, and defining the project. Once the project has been defined, ALFASINE manage it through to completion, guarantee proper implementation, oversea proper documentation, and present her own summary and evaluation of the project’s quality. Project management includes coordination with all the supervisory bodies, involving them in project, and supervising them, preparing project estimates, monitoring and updating time schedules, filing periodic reports on the project’s progress, monitoring budgetary time schedules, evaluation and supervising design, acquisition of supplies, installation, and last of all, managing start-up and systems-testing, as built. Engr. Udom presides over the Board of the company. Born in December 1948, he holds a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nigeria – Nsukka, M.S. (Civil Engineering) from Cornel University, Ithaca, New York, U.S.A. and M.S. (Transportation Planning & Engineering) from the Polytechnic University, Brooklyn, New York, U.S.A. (formerly Polytechnic Institute of New York). Udom is an Associate Member, American Society of Civil Engineers, Member, Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). Our Chairman is a distinguished Registered Engineer of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). Udom has worked vastly abroad and in Nigeria as a Structural Engineer to Geiger Associates, P.C., Ewell W. Finely & Partners; Weiskopt & Pickworth, all consulting engineering firms in the city of New York, U.S.A., as well as Amana Consulting Engineers in Lagos. He is currently the Principal Partner of Ime Udom & Partners, an Engineering Consulting firm with Headquarters in Lagos, Nigeria and has consulted for several corporate bodies and government agencies in Nigeria.
