We have our own unique construction system based on the intermodal units (ISBU’s), based on standard container sizes: easy and quick to transport world wide at low cost. Made in Veenendaal: wij leveren en monteren 64 woonunits voor studenten in Sion, Zwitserland. De eerste units zijn deze week gezet, alle units gaan nog dit jaar (2017) daarheen! (Transport door Van der Vlist Transportgroep B.V,en eigen transport, bouw in opdracht van Tempohousing)

All the units of the first phase of the Smallville project (http://www.tempohousing.com/projects/sion-student-housing/) in Switzerland are in place!

56 modules to create accommodation for students in Sion.

Currently the 2 buildings with several types of rooms are being finalized by adding walkways with glass railings and the staircases.

We will keep you updated on the project and are eager to show you the completed project very soon.

After 6 years the Servotel in Port-au-Prince, Haïti is doing (and looking) great!

The Servotel was the first large commercial building that was completed after the devastating earthquake of 2010, thanks to the fast construction of Tempohousing modules.

The steel structure is earthquake proof and could be constructed under the harsh conditions that the aftermath of the earthquake provided.

We are proud of the result!

Samen de hele wereld over geweest.

Woensdag 21 april is Mathijs Resink op 48-jarige leeftijd overleden. Als één van de oprichters van Keetwonen - later Tempohousing - van het eerste uur is hij altijd voor ons een enorme inspiratiebron geweest maar vóór alles een warme vriend en een enorm gewaardeerde collega. Met de lancering van de eerste echte zeecontainerwoning in Nederland in 2002 hebben we samen fascinerende projecten gebouwd en daarmee de hele wereld over geweest. We gaan Mathijs' bijzondere vriendschap, geweldige humor en vlijmscherpe juridische inzichten enorm missen. Onze gedachten zijn bij Roos en hun prachtige zoons Tomas en Stije en bij zijn familie en zijn vrienden.

On Wednesday April 21, 2016 Mathijs Resink passed away at the age of 47. He was one of the founding fathers of Keetwonen and Tempohousing. A very respected colleague but first of all we remember his warm friendship and his enormous inspiration for all of us. With the launch of the first real shipping container home in 2002 in Holland we have built fascinating projects and have traveled all over the world. We will miss his special friendship, his great humor and his outstanding legal work. Our thoughts are with Roos and their beautiful sons Tomas and Stije and with his family and his friends.

Nice project in Mumbai where the city calls for original solutions for housing solution for the deprived area of Dharavi in Mumbai (India), the teeming slum of one million souls, where as many as 18,000 people crowd into a single acre (0.4 hectares).

Inhabitants are accustomed to sharing 300 square feet (28 square meters) of floor with maybe 15 others.

With new high rises from used shipping container converted to affordable and safe homes, many families would experience a great improvement in quality of life.
