Corporate Intimacy Institute wants to stimulate the growth of corporate intimacy in order to create ‘fertile soil’ for the building of trust, selfconfidence and collaboration. We work for organizations that are ready for an unorthodox approach to HRM, communication and change management. We want to stimulate people’s desire to engage in (inter)cultur
e-change, new work practices, innovative projects etc., with the aim of engendering a desire to contribute and positive attitudes. To implement this ambition, the institute develops so-called custom-made ‘corporate intimacy recipes’. Ingredients are (internal) communication, interpersonal contact, organizational atmosphere, astonishment, games, collaboration, fun and surprise. All elements that stimulate people intimacy; the source from what people’s zest, zeal and commitment grows. The corporate intimacy guide collects her ingredients and mixes these with the ambitions of the organization. Together with supporters of the Corporate Intimacy Institute she dishes her creations up to boards of directors, management, co-workers or specific external publics. The corporate intimacy consultant wants her interventions to be supportive and integrative. If asked, she performs her provocative work prior to or in concert with a culture-change trajectory – preferably together with an organizational HRM consultant and the client’s internal communications department. Corporate Intimacy Institute bases its approach on the conviction that the most important success-factor for collaboration and change is not the rationale behind the change, but the trust, zeal, desire and commitment of the people who have to carry it out.
