A walk around Øvregaten in Bergen. The area is right next to the Entrance to the start of the Funicular (cable car ) up to mount Fløyen. You will see the small queue for Fløyen. Normally its 2-3 times longer but it was at 14.30 in the afternoon.

Just a 5min walk from the Cruise Terminal at Jekteviksbakken is a small collection of inter connected traditional wooden houses that personify Bergen.
These wonderful multi coloured buildings, accessible by the very small lanes, are a photographers delight and a must see on your way into the city centre from the cruise terminal on the west side of Bergen.

Bryggen to the corner of the Fish Market this afternoon. Keep your eye out for the Queue of people at the famous Bergen Hotdog stand Tre Kroneren.

The walk up Mount Fløyen is a little steep in places, but well worth the trip for the spectacular views on the way up.

Just a 5min light rail ride out of Bergen on line 2. Literally 2 stops. There's a small cafe and an area to bathe and dive into the sea :) you will also see the air ambulance coming in to park. Enjoy

A very wet and Windy start to the day in Bergen today. this was 10am 20th August.

Bergen weather today. Wet and very very windy. Still a beautiful city though so why not try a cinnamon bun in a local café?

When the snow comes in Bergen it does get quite heavy. This was the snow almost up to my Knee in February this year. Quando nevica a Bergen, diventa parecchio pesante. Questa è stata la neve che mi è arrivata quasi fino al ginocchio a febbraio di quest'anno.

As I looked out the window from where I was working one Sunday, I saw a lady getting ready to jump into the icy cold sea on her lunch break. Can you spot her? #bergen #norway

This was February 7th this year. The snow came pretty thick this year. Bergen usually gets a light dusting in December and some light dusting of snow in February and March. But this year in February the snow was very heavy and for longer than normal.
