First day drive to Paiya(2937m) from Kathmandu , it is about 342 km from Kathmandu and takes 16 hours distance. Thamdanda to Paiya about 6 km by the distance and Paiya to Cheplung(Chaurikharka about 37 km by the diatnace) so that paiya to Cheplung 31 km by the distance and cheplung to phakding 5 km by the distances. If you start trek , suppose 9 Am from paiya , then launch hours you will be surkhe 4 or 5 Pm you will be phakding or Ghat. 7-8 hours with launch, rest and walking distances.
