The basic objective of CECAB is to help in developing modern Nepal building capacity of individuals, organizational, and Nepalese society.

Social development can be possible if people are become competent enough and organizations are become professionally sound. The human resource development and organization development require sound technical and professional centers which are capable to disseminate innovative ideas, knowledge, skills, and approaches so that the society and its people can broaden their outlook and capacity for sust

ainable change and modernization. This also calls for sharing of information and experiences among people to people and organization to organization even on cross-cultural basis. The eagerness of foreign researchers to make studies in Nepal in different areas is ever increasing but doing research here in Nepal is not that easy as the access to information is poor and unsystematic. Such a difficulty makes the study works not only difficult but also becomes wastage of time, money, and efforts in many cases. Thus, with a view to avoid the problem of getting easy access to data and information for research works and consulting services, an effective service provider is required for.
