Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to a Hotel
Day 2: Stay in Kathmandu for official procedure
Day 3: Drive to Soti Khola (700m)
Day 4: Trek to Machha Khola (950m)
Day 5: Trek to Jagat (1,450m)
Day 6: Trek to Dyang (1,850m)
Day 7: Trek to Namrung (2,500m)
Day 8: Trek to Shyala (3,400m)
Day 9: Trek to Sama Gaun (3,500m) visiting Pungyen Gompa
Day 10: Rest day in Sama Gaun for acclimatisation
Day 11: Trek to Samdo (3,800m)
Day 12: Trek to Larkya Phedi (Dharmasala - 4,450m)
Day 13: Trek to Bhimthang (3,700m) via Larkya La Pass (5,219m)
Day 14: Trek to Tilje (2,300m)
Day 15: Trek to Shree Chaur (1100m)
Day 16: Drive back to Kathmandu
Day 17: Transfer to airport & departure onward destination
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Airport pick up and drop off, upon arrival and departure in Kathmandu.
Pre – meeting before the trek.
All transportation: Kathmandu - Soti Khola, and Shree Chaur - Kathmandu via Bensishahar.
3 nights hotel accommodation in Kathmandu with breakfast.
1 professional, licensed and English speaking mountain guide.
Well experienced English speaking assistant guide if the group size exceeds 5+ persons.
Full board meal during the trek (Main course - breakfast, lunch and dinner).
Guesthouse accommodation during the trek.
Manaslu Special trekking permit fee.
Manaslu Conservation Area entrance permit fee.
Annapurna Conservation Area entrance permit fee.
Worst case, help with all rescue and evacuation arrangements.
First aid medical kit, Oxymeter to check pulse, heart rate and oxygen saturation at higher altitude.
Sleeping bag, down jacket and duffel bag (to be returned upon your trek completion date)
