Dans la vie, il y a toujours une première fois !
Je suis confronté à cette situation lors de ma première visite au Népal, je suis une débutante pour mon premier trek en 1998!

"Trek", ce mot est pour moi inconnu! Une grande ballade de 3 semaines formant une boucle, avec une organisation complète :hébergement, appelé Lodge ; un guide, des porteurs qui prennent en charge nos effets personnels. Haute savoyarde, j'ai l'habitude de marcher en moyenne montagne, "champ à vache", comme on dit chez nous! J'ai l'opportunité de partir au Népal, et je saute sur l'occasion!
