Here's what its like to hike the everest basecamp 🏔️

Also, my other notes would be:
-Everything you see in teahouses are built by locals and lugged by porters, sherpas or yaks
-the paid hot shower is available in Namche bazaar and Lukla. It's powered by solars and it can really refresh you but you'd freeze once you get out of the shower
-i went during winter season because its my only time off but the best months to hike are April to June
-i was told to not eat meat but i still had some chicken curry along the way and they're actually soo good. i dont recommend you do this tho
-there are bottled waters available everywhere but i just bought aqua tabs and put it in the tap water like what my sherpa did
-hydrate and really take breaks when you're running out of breath
-most importantly, be present and take it all in ♥️
