Interesting spiritual facts about Mount Kailash... 😁😱❤️🙏🙌😁

1. Mount Kailash, the abode of Lord Shiva at 6,638m above sea level is unclimable. It is believed that this is due to the fact that Mount Kailash keeps on changing position, therefore it is untrekkable.
2. Mount Kailash is considered to be the centre of the universe. It is a bridge between the earth and heaven, the physical and the spiritual world.
3. Kaal (time) is experienced to be accelerated in this holy place.
4. The effect of mantra chanting is amplified at Kailash, therefore it is recommended to chant a mantra during the parikrama.
5. According to the Puranas, it is said that each face of the holy mountain is made up of a different jewel. The north is gold, the south is Lapis Lazuli, the east is crystal and the west is ruby.
6. There are two lakes close to Mount Kailash, Mansarovar, the Good lake and the Rakshas Tal, the Devil Lake. It is believed that Mount Kailash stands between these two indicating that humans have both sides.
7. Gauri Kund is considered to be the birth place of Lord Ganesha.
