Scott becomes the first American and unguided foreigner to conquer the challenging North Side route since 2019, marking a significant milestone in mountaineering history.

Ngima Jangmu Sherpa from Khumbu Pasang Lhamu-5 Samday, along with Tshering Gyalzen Sherpa, summits Everest in just 10 days.

Starting her journey on May 15, she reached the peak at 10:24 AM China time on Friday as part of the Climbalaya Women's Everest Team.

Nawang Rapgay Sherpa reached the peak on May 22nd with the Chinese team. This morning at 9:26 AM (Chinese time), Scott Cutlan and Pemba Tenjin Sherpa also triumphed at the summit.

Exciting news from the Tibet Himalaya Expedition team!

The summit route to Everest North has officially opened at 10:10 am NST on May 6th. Huge congratulations to the fixing team for the hard work and dedication!

Our visa applications have been accepted, and on the morning of 9th May, we will cross the border and head towards Thingri. By May 10th, we are set to reach base camp.

What an exhilarating journey lies ahead for the incredible team!

The true summit of Shishapangma at 8027m was successfully achieved on the 26th April by Kristin Harila , Sophie Lavaud, Viridiana Alvarez Chavez, Matias Myklebust , Chhiring Wanchu Sherpa , Pemba Tenjing Sherpa , Ngima Rita Sherpa , Tenjen Sherpa.
