Two beverages Thon/Jaand/Chyaang and Aila/Rakshi are popular and are made at home. They are not prepared in factories and sold in bottles.
You should find an authentic Newari restaurant to find these Newari Food & Beverages.
Concerned government authorities should take necessary action to list Newa Cusine in UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage.

Kapuche Glacier Lake , Thrilling off road on the river bank crossing Madi River again and again and again , was such a challenging drive concurred up to Hugu and then our journey to Kapuche Glacier Lake started the next morning . 1.5 hours hike from Hugu and then In such a short journey we reached heavenly Kapuche Glacier Lake.
