Siphon coffee, also known as vacuum or syphon coffee, is a brewing method that uses a vacuum to brew coffee. It involves water being heated in a bottom chamber, creating vapor pressure that forces water into an upper chamber containing coffee grounds. After brewing, removing the heat causes a vacuum that draws the brewed coffee back into the lower chamber, separated from the grounds. The result is a unique and flavorful coffee with a full-bodied taste.
