Waiheke artist Paul Olsen's pou, Kopu - Word, from the 2015 Sculpt Oneroa Exhibition is spending some time in our forest. The new owner of this impressive work wants it to be shared around the community. There are four words on the pou "Ata Rongo Noa Tapu" which means "Gently, slowly, moving into peace. We reach an empty space, in which we can create the sacred.

The Onetangi Beach Races are on the 21st of February this year. Horse, tractor and Sealegs racing along with other family fun. We will once again be racing Tilly the tractor. Make a weekend of it, we still have vacancies at Waiheke Holiday.

“This was possible the most incredible place I have ever stayed. Located a short 15 minute walk from the beach and 10 minutes to the nearest shop. The chalet itself cannot be put into words. My parents and I had a truly wonderful time, and Charles and Nikki were excellent hosts. And the glow worms make excellent late night entertainment! Our one regret was not going for longer! ”
