I have started this page to share my knowledge and passion of health and exercise. I will be sharing post-natal exercise tips & info, recipes and motivating posts. Since becoming a mumma in December 2014 I am slowly discovering how to balance motherhood as well as look after my own health and fitness needs. I am now very aware of the everyday real challenges many mummas face in regards to improvin
g and maintaining their health and fitness. Time constraints, arranging childcare, tiredness, limited money, physical issues and sickness are only some of the hurdles we mummas must jump over on a daily basis. Exercise and movement is my passion, it helps me to feel good physically and mentally and allows me to release my energy in a positive manner. My aim is to help other mummas overcome some of their hurdles by sharing my own experiences, leading by example and running Mum n Bubs Group Fitness sessions that are accessible, enjoyable and affordable.
