Anei te Whakatārewa mo te kaupapa Whakatuwheratanga o Raiātea me Te Hura Kōhatu o Pa Henare Tate.

Ko te Whakatau anō hoki, ka tū te hui hei te rā rua tekau mā toru o te marama o Āperira-Manawawhā, ā, te tau e tū mai nei (April 23, 2022.)

We would like to formally notify you that Motuti Marae Trust, the Tate whanau and the Raiātea Project team have come to a decision to postpone the opening of Raiātea and the unveiling of the stone for Pā Henare Tate, scheduled for the 4th December 2021 will move to April 23, 2022.

The unpredictability of the delta variant of Covid 19 across all regions of Aotearoa, New Zealand informs our decision.

Attached is a formal letter to help explain more details and any further information that you may require.
