Dusky Sound is world-renowned for its abundance of sea life. New Zealand’s black foot abalone (paua), lobster (crayfish), green lip muscle and prized sea urchin (kina) are all located in Dusky. Depending on the season, an abundance of delectable table fish, such as the infamous blue cod, butterfish, groper (hapuka), moki and terakihi can also be fished from the comforts of our vessels with an expert guide supporting every step of the way.

Then, in a true hook to plate experience, our chef will uniquely prepare each dish to showcase and hero the individual flavours of the catch.
