Dear guests,

Please don’t steal our plants here. As much as possible, we want our place to be looked nice. Sometimes I am hearing that you are saying something about our plants but I was thinking that you are admiring it until I noticed that some of
my plants are missing one by one. We don’t want to post the videos including your face. I had a video of a policeman who took 1.5 liters of coke from our counter and the one who booked their stay here doesn’t want to pay for that and she even told me some bad words. What a shame!

As a resort owner, walang pilitan kung ayaw nyo sa resort namin. Bago ang tubig pagpasok at kung 22hrs stay pinapalitan ulit po namin ito sa kalagitnaan ng stay nyo upang mapanatili natin ang kalinisan ng tubig sa pool, dahil hindi po kmi nagamit ng chlorine. Kung babaratin naman po mas gugustuhin naming matulog na lang po kami ng mahimbing kesa naman baratin nyo lang….

I was thinking of not letting the guest to sing karaoke if it’s past 10pm na kc yun naman po talaga ang City Ordinance. We gave a chance to the other guests but still they are still making too much noise. Kaya pasensya npo Karaoke will be up to 10pm na lang po talaga but we have Billiard table and cable tv to enjoy po and we might have Netflix. Making noises at the pool area with loud music from your bluetooth speakers at night is not allowed din po. Pasensya na po coz we are in the residential area. This place is made for relaxation and good for small capacities like families and small group of friends only. Please respect our changes and we are good din po kahit walang guest kung ang kapalit naman po ay mga guest na walang disiplina po.

Have a good day everyone!

As the owner of Anderson’s Private Resort, I would like to inform you that we will not accept more than 21 guest anymore, but! if you guys will insist up to 25, we need to sign an agreement. We are trying to preserve the cleanliness and the beauty of our place so that no furnitures or appliances will be broken. Some of our stuff was missing because the customers brought it home especially the cooking utensils. We have too many customers who doesn’t know the meaning of respect to follow our rules. Rules are applied so that everything will be good for both sides meaning the owner and the customers.

This place was made for relaxation for families (seniors will have a special treatment) and group of friends who knows the real meaning of respect and not what the other millennials are claiming. I once heard one who was inquiring and mentioned to me “Ay d po kami pwede jan gusto po namin ay Walwalan!” I said ok, we are not the right place for you.

I hope you all understand. Hope to see you guys here and enjoy the real meaning of “Relaxation”

Sa mga guest po namin, huwag naman po ihampas sa pader ang yelo n’yo para maghiwa-hiwalay, mag knife po na pwedeng gamitin. Be a responsible guest naman po, yung tiles ko po sa gilid ng pool nabasag ng guest at kita po namin sa CCTV yun. Pero wala man lang kaming narinig na sorry or pasensya na po…. Pati yung sa toilet namin idine deny pa E sila naman tong naka basag. Kung sanay sa kasinungalingan, ganyan talaga pa panindigan at papanindigan.

Kami po ay nabili ng mga gamit namin para magamit ng iba at ang mga tsinelas po ay personal naming gamit, may tinda naman po kami na pwede n’yong bilhin. Ang iba mine message ko para maibalik samin ang mga gamit namin tapos kayo pa po ang may ganang magalit sa amin. Nasaan po ang hustisya? Food that we are serving for the guest na mga ayaw magbitbit ng mga lulutuin. We are serving breakfast, lunch and dinner po here at syempre d po yan budget meal dahil d po tinitipid ang mga ingredients. D budget meal pero sulit na sulit naman po sa presyo at lasa. Dito lang yan sa Anderson’s Private Resort!

Dear Guest,

We are very sorry to announce that dog/s are not allowed here in Anderson’s Private Resort anymore, I Don’t want to put our staff in danger and they cannot clean the area like we use to do every morning, but cats are still welcome without any charges. We have cages to provide, litter box and we are selling litter sand here also. I hope you understand.
