This is it! Surfing competitions are back at the Surfing Capital of the Philippines, General Luna, Siargao!

I am excited to announce that the 1st Mayor Sol’s National Surfing Competition (International Surfing Qualifier), officially sanctioned by the United Philippine Surfing Association (UPSA) and the World Surf League (WSL), in cooperation with the Office of Cong Bingo Matugas, is finally happening on September 28 to October 6, 2022 at the Cloud 9, General Luna, Siargao Island!

This surfing event includes the following:
Men Short Board (Grade 3) Competition - September 28 to October 1
Women Short Board (Grade 3) Competition - September 28 to October 1
Local Junior Division (18 Under) - October 2-6, 2022

The Men and Women Short Board will be a qualifier event for the 26th Siargao International Surfing Cup happening at the same surf spot in October.
