Good pm, as of the moment we are still temporary close due to this pandemic. However we can accomodate your request such as refund / rebooking, heres the list of your options:

A. REBOOKING
B. REFUND
B1. TRAVEL FUND
B2. CASH REFUND

For rebooking please do send us your desired date so that we can check if it is available or not.

For Travel fund processing time 2-3 working days and can be use valid from 90 days to 180 days

For cash refund processing time make time longer due to skeletal work force from our counterpart (airlines) or may take 3 months until airlines will approved or process please take note that all traveling agency will depend on the airlines response and procedure for this matter.

If you have choosen your options please do send us your PNR/REFERENCE number and atleast 1 passenger LAST NAME / FIRST NAME and 1 contact number.

Note: FLIGHTS THAT ARE NOT CANCELLED WILL NOT BE ELLIGIBLE FOR CASH REFUND AS PER AIRLINES POLICY AND ADVICE, VOLUNTARY CANCELLATIONS OPTION IS ONLY REBOOKING OR TRAVEL FUND.

We are glad to share the news that we will be opening on May 15,2020, we will assist you in your pending / cancelled flights for rebooking or refund, rebooking can be process on May 15,2020 and refund request will be on May 18,2020.

Please be reminded that traveling agencies only follows airlines procedure for claiming and processing the rebooking and refunds so please bare with us if it will take some time specially for refund cases.
