As of May 30, 2020, 8:00pm

Cebu Pacific will resume operations on June 2, 2020, with a limited number of domestic flights out of NAIA Terminal 3.

We will restart with four flights, with the following routes:
June 2-4 Manila-General Santos-Manila
June 3-4 Manila-Naga-Manila
Manila-Cagayan de Oro-Manila
Manila-Cebu-Manila

Meanwhile, all international flights remain suspended from June 1 to 30, 2020.

Leisure travel is not allowed, as per government guidelines. Guests must check with the local governments of their origin and destination for the required documents.

We continue to work with the IATF, as well as national and local authorities on restarting flights. This is a developing situation. We may reduce or add flights depending on passenger demand, quarantine conditions and travel restrictions.

We encourage guests to check the email addresses they provided upon booking for updates on their
flights. Before going to the airport, guests can check their Flight Status on our website

Due to the extension of enhanced community quarantine, all 2GO Travel voyages from March 17, 2020 to May 15, 2020 are now cancelled.

Passengers may rebook their tickets to other available departure dates (excluding Dec. 16, 2020 to Jan. 15, 2021) or opt to refund even after departure date.Tickets are valid within one year from the date of issuance.

We advise all affected passengers to wait for the lifting of the community quarantine before visiting our ticketing office and to observe social distancing.

All domestic and international Cebu Pacific and CebGo flights remain cancelled from May 1 to 15, 2020. This is in line with the extension of Enhanced Community Quarantine imposed over much of Luzon, and implementation of General Community Quarantine over other provinces. Restrictions are also implemented by local governments across the Philippines.

We will continue to mount all-cargo flights to help transport vital goods across the Philippines.

We will provide updates on when we will restart passenger operations, as soon as possible.

Passengers affected by flight cancellations are urged to manage their bookings via our website, http://bit.ly/CEBmanageflight

They may opt for Travel Fund with extended 1 year validity and option to refund (if unused after 1 year). Other options are free rebooking and refund.

[Updated as of 7 April 2020, 1200hrs GMT+8] Travel Advisory: AirAsia cancels flights as PH government extends enhanced community quarantine

Following the Philippine governmentโ€™s directive of extending the enhanced community quarantine period in Luzon, AirAsia is cancelling all domestic and international Z2 flights until 30 April 2020.

All affected guests will be promptly notified via email or SMS. AirAsia strongly encourages guests to update their contact details using the โ€œMy Bookingsโ€ feature on airasia.com to ensure that they receive timely notifications.

AirAsia is making provisions for guests affected by the flight cancellations and travel restrictions following the Philippine governmentโ€™s latest directive. Guests with existing flight bookings made on or before 22 March 2020 with a departure date until 31 May 2020 will now be able to select from a range of extended flexibility options for future travel.
