Our 1-bedroom unit in South Residences is now available for rent, with flexible lease terms ranging from short-term to long-term stays.

For contracts lasting 1 to 3 months, the monthly rent is ₱20,000, which includes condominium dues.

For contracts lasting 6 months or longer, the monthly rent is reduced to ₱18,000, also inclusive of condominium dues.

Residents will have full access to use the resort-style amenities of South Residences 1, including the pool, gazebos, mini park, and more.

Please note that the occupants are responsible for paying the utilities (Meralco, Maynilad) and internet (Wifi) bills.
