As we open our house to you, please treat it with care.
The house is located in our family compound. Our titas, titos, cousins, nephews and nieces live there so we expect our guests to be on their best behavior.
Here are a few friendly reminders:
1. Check-in time is between 2-8 p.m.
2. Check-out time is 12 noon but it can be as late as 6 p.m. for as long as the house isn't booked that same day.
3. Upon check-in, we will provide you with complete keys with corresponding accountability (lost keys are charged P300).
4. Upon check-out, leave the keys on the dining table.
5. The house should be left clean with the dishes and other utensils/items returned to their proper places and used towels placed inside the laundry basket;
6. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Smoking of ma*****na or use of illegal drugs is prohibited;
7. Please switch off the lights, fan, aircon, and TV when not in use;
8. Please unplug electronic devices before leaving the house;
9. Please turn on the exhaust fan when taking a shower;
10. Please try not to waste water & electricity;
11. Please observe cleanliness in the house;
12. Feel free to use the kitchen appliances and utensils;
13. Please avoid loud noises between 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.;
14. Visitors of registered guests may be allowed during the day but should have prior permission from us if staying the night;
15. Laundry services are available across the street;
16. Garbage should be disposed early morning at 6 a.m. or late in the evening in the big black garbage container outside of the premises; (Note: Cans, glass and plastic bottles should be segregated);
17. Problems encountered or damage on fixtures inside the premises should be reported immediately;
18. No pets are allowed inside the premises.
