DOT Region V Conducts 2nd Site Inspection Boosting Baleno's Tourism Readiness

Baleno, January 26, 2024— The Department of Tourism Region V (DOT V)once again visited Baleno for a comprehensive site inspection, evaluating private tourism establishments to ensure the town's readiness for an anticipated surge in tourists this year 2024.

This activity allows DOT Region V to update its inventory on the accommodation capacities of various establishments. This visit follows the recent inspection during the UPAS Mobile Accreditation last January 17, 2024. The inspection covered a range of well-known establishments, including Oishi Beach, Hidden Cove (Manoboc Beach), Grabe Laki Beach, Casa Editha, Naome’s Beach, and Villa Maria Victoria Inn.

The UPAS team is thrilled to announce that another candidate establishment, Hidden Cove Manoboc Beach Resort in Brgy. Manoboc, Baleno, Masbate, underwent a thorough inspection for DOT Accreditation. This ocular inspection was conducted by the representatives from the Department of Tourism Region V and Masbate Province.

It’s something to be proud of… Masbate is now starting to gain it’s popularity with the celebrities..

Ate Agot, hinding hindi ko makakalimutan ang araw na ito at alam ko ikaw din. 😱😰🤢🤗🤩🥰

1.) Maagang gumising para mag makeup, maaga ang flight papuntang Masbate na balikan lang ang gagawin natin kaya kami nalang ni Mark at hindi na sinama mga bata at nakagayak narin para maliit na bag lang ang dala at wala nang bihisan diretso na sa stage.

2.) Habang waiting sa van at umaatikabo ang ating chikahan with feelings na kulang naang ay may choreo narin.. na sipat kong si kuya drivambam ay nagvivideo pala sa atin. Tayong mga nakasakay sa van ay sabay sabay nag apila na hindi na nakapag salita si kuya kaya inabot nalang yung phone nya sa kasama natin na katabi nya sa harap para tayo mismo ang magbura sa phone nya (huwag kayo mag alala mga nagbabasa, di namin inaway si kuya, at nagpicture picture pa kami).😂

3.) At higit sa lahat.. yung moment na akala natin ay dizizit na. (Inhale malalim…. Sigh…)

Ang mga kwento sa buhay ko na di ako magsasawang balikan dahil tama ang pinaglaban, at kasama ka sa kwento ate.😊

Manoboc Beach Resort (Hidden Cove) was built in year 2000 for family gathering and vacation purposes only. The family decided to share what's hidden in this place and shared it to the public since 2014.

The resort house has 5 bedrooms, fully airconditioned with big kitchen, dining and living area. We also have 4 cottages for rent for a group of people who want to stay in day time only to enjoy the scenic view of the beach.

Hidden Cove Resort is a semi-private resort that caters party gatherings like Birthdays, Anniversaries and Reunions as our 2000sqm property can accommodate up to 200 guests. Our guest can either choose to rent the whole place or they want to share it with others.

We try our best to give our guests more amenities, that's why we continue on developing our resort to cater our guests needs and suggestions.
