Travel Requirements to Iloilo
Open for tourists / Fly easy with your vaccination card

For guests flying to Iloilo, please be advised of the following travel guidelines:
Please UPDATE your residence address through the Manage Booking section in the website, by 23:59H (PHT), two days before departure, to ensure you can take your flight.
Please present the following documents upon check in.
ILOILO CITY
For Returning Residents, including guests traveling with minors between 5 to 17 years old:
Approved Travel Coordination Permit (TCP) from S-PaSS
Vaccination Card / Vaccination Certificate
Valid government-issued ID
Certificate of Residency issued by the barangay where the individual resides
For tourists and non-essential travelers:
Approved Travel Coordination Permit (TCP) from S-PaSS
Vaccination Card / Vaccination Certificate
Valid ID
Certificate of Residency issued by the barangay where the individual resides
Proof of confirmed booking with hotel and/or other accommodations
An individual is considered fully vaccinated it has been at least fourteen (14) days after the second dose. Children who are four (4) years old and below are not required to submit a TCP.
For Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR) and Minors from 5 to 17 years old staying at least 24 hours in Iloilo City:
Approved Travel Coordination Permit (TCP) from S-PaSS
For Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR) and Minors from 5 to 17 years old staying less than 24 hours in Iloilo City:
Approved Travel Coordination Permit (TCP) from S-PaSS
Valid government-issued ID
Negative RT-PCR (swab) test result, conducted within 72 hours before date of travel
Confirmed Travel Itinerary
Certificate of Employment / Travel Order / Certificate from Employer/HR Manager indicating the specific dates and/or hours of work for the employee
Confirmed booking itinerary, issued by the carrier
ILOILO PROVINCE
Travel to Iloilo Province from LGUs under Alert Level 4 and Alert Level 5 shall be prohibited.
For fully vaccinated guests and children below 5 years old:
COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
Approved Travel Coordination Permit (TCP) from S-PaSS – Note that lead time for processing is twenty-four (24) hours upon submission of request and all requirements.
For unvaccinated / partially vaccinated guests:
Negative RT-PCR (swab / saliva) test result, issued not earlier than seventy-two (72) hours before travel. Saliva RT-PCR test must be issued by Philippine Red Cross only.
Approved Travel Coordination Permit (TCP) from S-PaSS – Note that lead time for processing is twenty-four (24) hours upon submission of request and all requirements.

COVID-19 Domestic Vaccination Card duly issued by a legitimate vaccinating establishment or certificate of quarantine completion showing holder’s vaccination status as may be issued by BOQ
Travel Coordination Permit (TCP) from S-PaSS – Note that lead time for processing is twenty-four (24) hours upon submission of request and all requirements.
For unvaccinated / partially vaccinated guests:
Negative RT-PCR (swab) test result, showing that date of test is not more than three (3) days prior to date of travel to Iloilo.
