Buhay Tour Organizer/Operator

kaming mga tour Organizer/operator halos almusal, tanghalian at hapunan na namin ang pagshare ng mga schedule ng event/tour sa mga travel group minsan midnight snack pa 😂.. 24/7 din kami nakatutok sa mga inquiries, sa mga call at messeges ng mga client..inshort kulang na kulang talaga kmi sa tulog/pahinga..

hindi lang sa mga reservations umiikot ang trabaho nmin, iba ibang klase din ng tao ang nakakausap at pinakikisamahan namin kada tour.. Meron jan short yung budget pero maraming demand, meron nman pangjoiner lang sinalihan pero feeling nakaexclusive tour, meron nman ang tingin sayo bayad na pati pagkatao mo. Hehe wag po kau mag alala kayang kaya pa rin po nmin kau intindihin at pakisamahan na may ngiti sa aming mukha at nagpapasalamat pa kmi sa mga ganitong nakakasama nmin kasi lalo nyo po kmi pinapatatag..

Kelangan namin lagi magbaon ng mahabang mahabang pasensya at pang unawa, yung mula sa meet up hanggang sa makauwi 😂 yung palagi kmi mag aadjust sa bawat sitwasyon lalo na kung may request ang guest mo na khit wala sa details ng tour package na inavail, hanggat kaya namin pagbigyan pinagbibigyan nmin..

Bago pa man mag umpisa ang tour ilang gabi muna kming puyat sa pagbuo ng joiners.. minsan di tlga kami nakakaabot sa tamang bilang ng pax,minsan yung tipong nakabuo ka na ng isang group pero biglang may BACKOUTdancer pala ng g-force,. Yung khit kulang pax mo gino-go muna kasi naka all set na ang tour.. saktong pang expenses lang, pero okay lang na wala kang kita uuwi kang zero minsan abonado kapa.. pero alam mo yung saya na nararamdaman mo mas magaan sa loob yung nakakatulong ka sa ibang tao, yung supllier mo ng van atleast cla natulungan mong kumita puno man o hndi ang sakay nila, yung mga lokals sa bawat lugar na pinupuntahan mo na umaasa sa pagdating ng mga tourist na dala mo.. masarap sa pakiramdam na nakakatulong! Basta mahal mo tlga yung ginagawa/trabaho mo hindi mo na iisipin ung sarili mo. Basta napasaya nmin cla masaya na rin kami 😊

Kaming mga organizer/operator din po pala ang tapunan ng lahat ng sisi 😭 sa bawat aberya kasalanan namin, late c driver kasalanan namin, byaheng langit magpatakbo c driver kasalanan namin, biglang umulan at hndi napush isang activity kasalan namin, nagkabagyo at nagcancel ng tour kasalanan pa rin namin. 😭😭😭 kahit ginawa mo na lahat pero hndi pa rin sapat 😂

Bukod sa pagiging organizer/operator kami rin po madalas ang onboard tour coordinator, all around haha minsan guide n rin, porter, cook, photographer, nurse, tanggero 😂 higit sa lahat kaibigan nyo na pwede nyo pagkwentohan ng mga pinagdadaanan nyo sa buhay, makikinig lang kmi walang bahid ng panghuhusga..lablab lang ❤❤❤

Sa mga kapwa organizer o operator eto ang na pili natin trabaho kaya kampay sa inyo!!
