Palawan
PALAWAN
Known as the country's last frontier, Palawan has managed to preserve its fascinatingly natural habitat through the years. Situated north of Mindoro and north of Malaysia's Sabah Island, Palawan is the country's largest province spanning 1.5 million hectares. An ideal breeding ground for tropical flora and fauna, Palawan has more than a thousand islands and islets where monkeys, squirrels, bear cats, and zebras thrive with wild tropical plants and corals.
Palawan's population follows the same pattern. The province has attracted peoples of all backgrounds and it is said that today's Palawenos are a fusion of 81 different cultural groups. Foreigners, too, have grown to love this quiet province.
Palawan consists of about 1,769 islands; the Calamian Island group to the north, the Cuyo Islands group to the northwest, and the Balabac-Bugsuk group to the southwest. For the laid-back trip, Honda Bay is an ideal destination. From there, you can take your pick of your own little hideaway from Cowrie Island and Pandan, to La Isla Bonita and Isla de Nagusuan.

Bohol
BOHOL
Bohol is a tropical haven of natural beauty. The coastline of the island is skimmed by gentle coves and white sand beaches. Bohol is not as internationally famous as far-away Boracay off the island of Panay, but is well-known locally as a paradise for divers and snorkellers.
Dolphin watching and whale watching tours are popular with both residents and visiting tourists. The best season is from March to June, but dolphins can be seen year-round.
In addition to white sand beaches and dive spots, Bohol is famous among other sights, for its Chocolate Hills, the Tarsier β arguably the worldβs smallest primate, heritage sites and old stone churches.

Cebu
CEBU
The name Cebu refers both to the island province and to Cebu City. While most cultural and historic attractions are found in the capital, the best-known tourist spots in Cebu can be found all over the island.
Cebu has some of the best beaches in the Philippines. It is also home to a variety of historical, cultural, and religious sites that you can check out in Cebu City tours.
Cebu also nestles spectacular marine life perfect for diving. Divers travel to Cebu diving hotspots like Malapascua to swim with thresher sharks. Thresher sharks can be seen regularly around the waters of Malapascua Island. In the waters of Moalboal, you will be able to swim with millions of sardines forming bait balls underwater.
There are also several waterfalls in Cebu, the most popular one being Kawasan Falls in Badian. The refreshing turquoise waters of many of Cebu's waterfalls are great places to take a dip during a hot day. They are also excellent avenues for the increasingly popular Kawasan canyoneering.
Cebu's delicious cuisine is also one of the best when it comes to food in the Philippines. Respected food writer Anthony Bourdain once raved about the famed Cebu's Lechon baboy (roasted pig).
There are plenty of things to do and places to visit in Cebu, making it a must-add in any Philippine itinerary.

Boracay Island
BORACAY
Boracay is paradise for certified sun-worshippers all over the world. In fact, local and foreign tourists have made Boracay their yearly destination. Others have chosen to live on this haven.
Boracay can be found on the northwestern tip of Panay in Aklan, a province on the Visayas island known for its colorful Ati-Atihan festival.
Boracay's thousand-hectares boast of all the elements of a tropical heaven - crystal blue waters, powder white sand, liberal doses of tropical palms and flowering plants, and a healthy and diverse marine life.
Boracay has three little communities - Yapak in the north, Manoc-Manoc in the south and Balabag in between. Hilly elevations of up to 100 meters above sea level characterize Yapak and Manoc-Manoc. Intertwining trails link the small villages and lead to lush tropical jungles.
The culinary fare at Boracay is as diverse as the nationalities of its visitors. French, Chinese, Australian, Belgian, German, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, Korean, and Thai - are all fused into the native cuisine. Truly, Boracay, has become the premiere destination of beach lovers around the globe.
