For the past years, we stayed for low-price in spite of increase in expenses. As much as we would like to maintain the rates, the inflation rate rises. The condo dues have increase and utilities. For us to stay in the business, we must increase the price to provide you a quality services. We have no other choice but to adapt to the rising costs.

We would like to inform everyone that there will be a price rate increase on our staycation rates starting on September 1, 2023.

As a business, we are faced with difficult and challenging decisions like this. Please continue to support us and as always, we are grateful to all of you. 🙏
