In support of the efforts by the Philippine government to manage the risks from the Novel Coronavirus, and the inclusion of Taiwan in the travel ban, all Cebu Pacific flights between Taipei and Manila are cancelled effective February 11 until further notice, specifically:

Manila-Taipei

Taipei-Manila
5J 311 (Starting Feb 12, 2020)
5J 313

Travel restrictions imposed by the Philippine government include:
- Barring Filipino nationals from travelling to Taiwan, including our flight and cabin crew
- Barring the entry of foreign nationals, except Permanent Resident Visa holders who come directly from Taiwan, or have been there within 14 days immediately preceeding arrival in the Philippines

Passengers on cancelled Cebu Pacific flights between Taipei and Manila are being notified through the contact details provided upon booking. They may also check the status of their flights through the Manage Booking portal in the Cebu Pacific website, https://book.cebupacificair.com/Manage/Retrieve/.

The following options are made available for passengers on cancelled flights:
- Rebook the flight (new flight date until Jun 30, 2020)
- Refund the tickets in full

Travel between China, Hong Kong, Macau and the Philippines
February 2, 2020 (8:00pm)

In support of the Philippine government’s efforts to manage the risks of the Novel Coronavirus (NCoV) virus, Cebu Pacific will cancel flights between the Philippines, Hong Kong and Macau effective immediately, until February 29, 2020.

All other flights to and from mainland China (Beijing, Shanghai, Xiamen, Guangzhou, Shenzen) remain cancelled until March 29, 2020.

Meanwhile, due to government restrictions, all foreign nationals (except those with valid Permanent Resident Visas to the Philippines) who have visited mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau 14 days before traveling to the Philippines will not be allowed to check-in for their flight.

Cebu Pacific passengers traveling from the Philippines to mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau until March 31,2020, may avail of the following options through the Manage Booking portal in the Cebu Pacific website https://book.cebupacificair.com/Manage/Retrieve:
- Rebook the flight (new flight date within 30 days of original travel date)
- Refund the tickets in full
- Store the value of the ticket in a Travel Fund for future use

All Filipinos and Permanent Residents of the Philippines, arriving from international flights who have been to mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau in the last 14 days prior to arrival in the Philippines will be required by the Bureau of Quarantine to undergo a home quarantine process upon arrival.

February 1, 2020

In light of developments related to the Novel Coronavirus, Cebu Pacific will be cancelling all flights between the Philippines and mainland China (Beijing, Shanghai, Xiamen, Guangzhou, Shenzen) from February 2 to March 29, 2020.

Flights between the Philippines, Hong Kong and Macau, on the other hand, have been reduced.

Passengers affected by flight cancellations have been notified through the contact details provided upon booking. They may also check the status of their flights through the Manage Booking portal in the Cebu Pacific website, https://book.cebupacificair.com/Manage/Retrieve/.

Cebu Pacific will resume operations of flights to and from the Clark International Airport this evening (April 24), following the end of the temporary closure period issued by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP), and repairs completed at the airport terminal after it was damaged by the earthquake last Monday.

The following flights will resume this evening:

Diverted Singapore-Clark flight

Cebu Pacific flight 5J 538 (Singapore to Clark) was diverted to the Ninoy International Airport in Manila.The flight was diverted due to damage caused by the at the Clark International Airport.

The flight landed safely in NAIA Terminal 3 at 8:15pm. All passengers will be bussed to Clark this evening.

Passengers on cancelled flights at the Clark International Airport can ride these buses to the NAIA Terminal 3 and opt to fly out on Cebu Pacific flights from Manila.
