Qualifications:
1. Must be between 18 to 25 years old.
2. Single marital status.
3. Bonafide resident of Barangay Magnao.
4. Registered voter of Barangay Magnao.
5. Height requirement: at least 5'0.
6. Must have Magnao lineage.

Representation:
- Each purok (from Purok 1 to 7) will choose their own candidate to represent them.

Requirements for Candidates:
1. Photocopy of PSA/NSO (Philippine Statistics Authority/National Statistics Office) birth certificate.
2. Valid voter's registration.
3. Endorsement letter from the respective Purok Kagawad.
