The District Administration Ghanche is striving to promote Tourism in the District under brand Name "Gorgeous Ghanche". After consultation with different stakeholders, we collectively have agreed to open Giyari-Siachan Valley Giyari Sector/Kondus Hot Spring /Glacier/ Chorbat Valley Frano Ladakh Border for Tourists on pattern adopted in 2024 with the following SOPS (to be fulfilled at Youchung Check Post Ghanche):

1. Visitors should check weather before visiting Giyari Sector/Kondus valley and Chorbat Valley

2. No NOC is required may produce Original CNIC/Identification Card at Youchung Check Post to get Entry Pass

3. Visitors should maintained vehicle with full fuel tank

4. Exit Timing: 04:00 PM (Youchung)

5. In case of stay, information about should be entered with details

6. Follow Security SOP/Instructions being LOC area and fully cooperate with Security

7. Personnel.

8. Pictures and drone footage of sensitive installations/points are strictly prohibited

9. Weapons, hunting and fishing are strictly prohibited.

10. Spreading garbage and litter will be heavily fined with instant expulsion/banning

11. Respect local culture and norms

12. Limited staying facility on pre-booking is available at Dumsum Thagas.

13. SOP will amended as and when required.

Fake pictures are circulating about the so-called "Kalam to Kumrat" project, but in reality, it doesn't exist. It might be part of a plan, but its budget hasn't been approved yet. These are all just dreams, similar to the plan for the Kumrat to Chitral chairlifts. Requesting the government to construct a road from Patrak to Kumrat Valley would be greatly appreciated by tourists. The plan and its budget have already been approved, yet the road remains unbuilt. The construction of the tunnel remains a dream. I also request the page admins not to circulate such fake news However, I pray that the government takes serious steps to promote tourism. There is no doubt that former Prime Minister Imran Khan made significant efforts in this regard.

📢 Babusar Road Set to Reopen for Traffic on June 9
According to a letter issued by the Diamer administration, Babusar Road will reopen for traffic on the afternoon of June 9. This road, an alternative to the Karakoram Highway, typically opens in June after snow clearance operations are completed.
With its highest point reaching approximately 16,000 feet above sea level, Babusar Road remains accessible only for a few summer months each year. The severe cold and heavy snowfall during the rest of the year makes it impassable.

آزادکشمیر سے سکردو ، 12.7 کلومیٹر طویل ٹنل کے زریعے نیا روٹ بنے گا

پاکستان کا تیسرا متبادل CPEC روٹ جس سے چین کی سرحد تک 350 کلومیٹر کا فاصلہ کم کیا جائے گا۔
وفاقی حکومت نے آزاد کشمیر کے راستے گوری کوٹ استور تا شگرتھنگ سکردو روڈ منصوبے کے لیے 45 ملین جاری کیے ہیں۔
یہ نیا ٹورازم کوریڈور ہو گا۔' نیا روٹ، سرحد عبور کرنے کے بعد یارکند چین، جی بی کے شگر، اسکردو اور استور کے اضلاع کو مظفرآباد سے جوڑے گا۔

نیشنل ہائی وے اتھارٹی (NHA) تعمیراتی شاونٹر - رتو (12.7 کلومیٹر لمبی) سڑک ٹنل کے لیے کام کر رہی ہے۔ (کیل سے شونٹر) اور (شاؤنٹر سے گوری کوٹ) سڑکوں کی لمبائی بالترتیب تقریباً 26.9 کلومیٹر اور 41.5 کلومیٹر ہے۔

یہ قصبہ کیل، لوئر ڈومیل، ڈھکی ناکہ، کھوڑہ، چٹا کٹھا، اپر ڈومیل اور چٹیاں، نیلم آزاد جموں و کشمیر کے علاقے شاونٹر اور استور جی بی کے علاقے مورچہ گزیر، میرملک، رتو، نصیر آباد، چوگام، رحمان پور اور گوری کوٹ سے ملحقہ گزرے گی۔ . پروجیکٹ سائٹ استور سے تقریباً 65 کلومیٹر دور ہے۔ وادی نیلم سے استور وادی تک کا راستہ۔.
