Rush Lake is a high-altitude lake located in Nagar valley ,near Rush peak . At 4,694 metres (15,400 ft), Rush is one of the highest Alpine lake in the world.It is located about 15 km north of Miar peak and spanik (Golden Peak) in the Nagar Valley. It is one of the highest lakes in pakistan and the 27th-highest lake in the world.
Rush Lake and Rush peak are reached via Nagar and Hoper valley via the Hopar Glacier (Bualtar Glacier) and Miar Glacier, which rises from Miar and Phuparash peaks. The trek to Rush Lake
provides picturesque views of Spantik, , Miar Peak, Phuparsh Peak , and Ultarsar
The Rush Lake trek is the most ideal trek for the trekkers and it is absolutely a reward with all its beauty and sparkles. This trek will not only give you the pleasurable experience to enjoy nature but you will also feel energetic, interested, and excited to see the surrounding areas. Another reward of this trip is you can get attractive views of the stunning 5098 meters long Rush peak.the pleasure of seeing glaciers, lovely irrigated adjoining fields, and high meadows and also have a spectacular view of the mighty Karakoram Mountains from Rush Lake.
