Mountaineer Naila Kiani summits Gasherbrum-I (8,080m). The only Pakistani to have started their career with an 8000m peak and summitting 2 other 8000m peaks the following year K2 & Gasherbrum-1.

G1 was her second challenge of the year having previously summited K2 on 22nd July. Through her successful expeditions she has inspired women across the country while promoting gender equality in the sports community.
