Terms and Conditions:
• 100% advance payment with passport.
• Travel will be strictly as per package no change will be allowed.
• Self accommodation is not allowed.
• Meet & Assist at Jeddah Airport.
• Infant (less than 02 years) will be charged RS.17000 While Ticket cost will be charged as per airline policy.
• Child 2-10 Years will be charged FULL AMOUNT Of. Ticket Will Be Charged As Per Airline Policy.
• Cancellation of Approval or rejection will be charged Rs. 17000 per Passenger.
• If services are not provided as per commitment must report within 7 days of arrival in writing & dully signed by the company representative in KSA.
• If any Pax escapes or do not returns back within visa validity Rs. 260,000 will be charged
• If the promised accommodation is not available similar accommodation will be provided.
• Ticket rates are changeable as per the Airline schedule.
• The Package prices are variable and subject to change without any prior notice.
• During the period of stay in Saudi Arabia passports will not be handed over to the pilgrim in any case.
• Sub Agents must provide open dated blank guarantee cheque with undertaking on company letter head.
Documents Required:
1. Original machine readable passport with at least 8 months validity.
2. Original NADRA ID card.
3. 04 passport size photographs with BLUE background.
4. Farm B for child.
5. Polio Vaccination certification.
6. Ladies are required to provide Affidavit, NikahNama and Proof of relation with Mehram.
7. Any other documents required by the Saudi consulate are necessary to provide.
