Offering three comfortably sized bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, it is set in the hillside above the town of Luz. t the eastern end of Praia Da Luz beach known as Rocha Negra. The cliff face across the bay can be observed to change colour throughout the day as the sun progresses west, whether observed from the large terra cotta sun deck, or the front terrace dining table and pool area. Aside from the exquisite views, this warm, private home with an open flow is surrounded by a large and well manicured garden that reveals its own secrets throughout the year, including lemon trees, orange trees, peach, plum and grapefruit trees as well as fresh pepper corns, bay leaves and even avocados in late summer if the tree is in fruit. The display of flowers throughout the year can be equally breathtaking. Villa Marina offers one of the largest and most colourful gardens in Luz Parque, and has been the pride of the owners since the property’s inception. The home has it all including a modern and fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a comfortable living room, a large pool, Flat screen TV and wifi and a wood burning fire for the cooler nights in the low season. Or … at the end of the day, just relax in the privacy of the rear courtyard with a drink. This family friendly property is walking distance from the small town of Luz (10 minutes). Luz offers a variety of conveniences itself, including an abundance of excellent restaurants and bars, several grocery stores, and an expansive family oriented beach with its own array of water activities in the summer including Dolphin watching, sailing, tubing, paragliding etc. Luz is is located along Portugal’s spectacular Algarve coast near the town of Lagos, just an hour from Faro Airport and 2 and a half hours from Lisbon. The surrounding coastline and beaches remain some of the most striking in the world.
