Axxon Composites product portfolio is expanding every year with more and more exciting projects.
We recently delivered the carbon rig for the GP70 catamaran.
In addition to the mast and boom, for the first time in our history we also manufactured a unique system of crossbeam and longeron.
Every project we work on receives meticulous engineering and top quality manufacturing.

Well packed in a wooden crate, this amazing mast will be shipped all the way to Australia!

The 22 m long mast was made with a splice kit so that it could be easily transported.

It will be stepped on Lyons 49 boat (Wine-dark Sea) and will replace the original aluminum mast.

Can't wait to see this gorgeous boat sailing with her new Axxon mast! 🤩⛵

Everyone knows that the clear coat varnish finish is more sensitive to UV than colored paint, but when the final look is this, how can you resist?!

A spectacular 35 m long mast in standard modulus carbon fiber was delivered to Michael Schmidt Yachtbau for the latest Y70.

The rig is equipped also with an Axxon furling boom with hydraulic drive from Reckmann.

Axxon Composites is proud to supply Quailo III with our beautiful carbon rig: mast, boom and spinnaker pole.
The original aluminum rig was replaced with a three-spreader carbon mast which is much lighter and will definitely improve the performance of the boat.
