Day 1: ARRIVAL IN KIGALI MEET AND GREET
Arrive at Kigali airport where you will be received by our professional driver guide depending on your arrival time before transfer to your hotel, check in at your hotel , have a meet and greet as you relax and have a short briefing about the itinerary and have time to talk about your trip details, then in the evening at 5:00 pm the driver guide will walk with you for a city tour to visit interesting buildings , walk around andn car free zones, experience the City Center evening walking. then after you will come back to the hotel to spend the night. Dinner and overnight at Heaven boutique hotel.

Day 2 : PICKUP FROM THE HOTEL AND TRANSFER TO AKAGERA NATIONAL PARK
Early morning you will be picked by our driver guide from your place/hotel and transfer to akagera national park, on arrival you will have a briefing followed by a Game drive as you head to Lake Ihema, While at Lake Ihema you will enjoy thrilling boat cruise ( SUNRISE) to see schools of hippos, giant Nile crocodiles, buffaloes, water birds , which is done in 1 hour .
After that,you will start a long game drive to see the big five safari animals which are the lions, leopards, elephants, Rhino and Buffaloes.The park is also home to other species of animals like the Giraffe, 11 species of antelopes, hippos and the crocodiles. The park has the highest concentration of birds per square kilometer than any other park in Africa, very beautiful undulating landscapes, plus historical and cultural sites inside the park. The driver guide will drive you through the park, then we will stop over for having lunch at MIHIND Cafe which is in the middle of the Park. after lunch we will continue doing game drive , which will give you chances to spot all animals and get an opportunity also to see 11 species of antelopes, over 480 species of birds including the rare ones such as the shoebill stock, papyrus gonolek and more big 5 animals if it’s a lucky day as you’re getting out of the park. Then the driver will drive straight to Kigali drop off at the hotel.

Day 3 : VISIT THE KING’S PALACE & CANOPY WALKWAY
On this day early in the morning at 5:30 am the driver will pick you up from the hotel then you will head to the southern province which is a 4 hours journey from Kigali.
You will visit the King's palace museum to experience kingship in Rwanda , you will also visit (Inyambo Cows) used in the Kingship Ceremony. Afterwards you will head straight to Nyungwe national park for the canopy walkway experience and spend the night. This will be a 2 and a half hours drive.
Nyungwe national park is one of the oldest rainforests in Africa, Nyungwe is rich in biodiversity and spectacularly beautiful. The mountainous region is teaming with wildlife, including a small population of chimpanzees as well as 12 other species of primate, including the L’Hoest’s monkey endemic to the Albertine Rift.With 15 trails, some of which are detailed here, along with various other activities, visitors can choose to sample the delights of the forest or indulge themselves for a week or more in one of Africa’s most stunning forests. While in this forest you will visit the Canopy walkway bridge.
The canopy walk provides an exhilarating perspective on the ancient treetops and wildlife. The canopy walk sets 50 meters above the ground with a 150-meter walkway and is the first of its kind in East Africa and third on the continent after South Africa and Ghana.
This bridge allows visitors to see the forest from above the trees and be at eye level.
After this experience you will drive straight to Rubavu district which is approximately 4 hours drive. On arrival you will check in at the hotel.

Day 4: HOT SPRINGS, BOAT CRUISE TO THE ISLANDS.
After a relaxed night ,you will have breakfast at the hotel then get ready to adventure Gisenyi city which is a waterfront town located on the shores of Lake Kivu, one of Africa's great bodies of water. Rubavu is a great way to unwind after trekking adventures.
Lake Kivu lies on the border between the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Rwanda, Gisenyi has some of the most spectacular scenery, peace and tranquility in Rwanda.
The driver will drive you to the hot springs. It is very rudimentary, with cement bags stacked around the pools to make them deep enough.
The hot spring feeds both pools that have been created, one of the springs is extremely hot, the other is very hot still but bearable. Locals go there, and they play some music .
There are local people there who will give you a massage which is affordable after this you will enjoy your lunch at the hotel then head to the shores of Lake Kivu to enjoy a boat ride to visit the Napoleon and Amahoro Islands to see a number of colorful birds, clouds of big fruit bats, learn the history of the lake and the beautiful views of the Lake surroundings.
Lake Kivu is the Largest Freshwater Lake in Rwanda with over 90 Km Long, Lying west and separating Rwanda and DRC (Congo).
After this adventure you will then drive back to Kigali straight to the airport.
