With the dependence on the strong experience and expertise of the qualified managers, architects and engineers, HYKAL is effectively establishing an organization capable of meeting these requirements, This has been partially achieved and accumulatively will, through a continuous effort to ensure the cost-effective consolidation of existing resources and talents, the broadening process of in-house expertise through additional recruitment of specialized personnel as well as major investments in the advanced technology systems in the fields of project management, planning and computer aided design and draughting (CADD). However, plans have been continued to evaluate the potentials offered by other developing areas of the Middle East, by seeking to establish regional offices in Egypt and Jordan. Moreover, through joint venture partnerships, associations and affiliations with international consultants and other organizations, HYKAL aimed since its foundation, to bring an international perspective to many of the major projects and developments that take place in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
