Looking back a year ago, on March 2023, a tour organized by to Diplomats from (German Embassy in Khartoum/Ministry of Foreign Affairs Germany) to explore parts of North, culture, history experience camping at desert near Pyramids of Meroe, the biggest complex of the world.

We keep our prayers for Sudan 🇸🇩 to return to peace as used to be and to stop sufferring of many Sudanese in Sudan and around the world.

Pyramids of Meroe in Sudan, the biggest complex of Pyramids in the world. The experience of wild camping beside the complex is one of the most adventurous and amazing experiences you could ever do.

We pray our Sudan 🇸🇩 get back to normal soon.

Our guest, Marco 🇮🇹 got invited to share a meal with Sudanese eating local food.

North Sudan and East Sudan are away from what happened in Khartoum, and west of Sudan, we hope all to settle down soon.

We receive lots of inquiries from people people who would like to explore Sudan now. We will announce here and in our other platforms when we resume our operations in Sudan 🇸🇩.

Pyramids of Meroe is one of the most visited sites in Sudan 🇸🇩, located around 230 km North of Khartoum, it was recognized as World Heritage site by and the site considered as the biggest complex of Pyramids in the World.

Our guest spent two days here enjoying the desert of Meroe and exploring the site.

Radek (.p.chalupa)and his wife Shirley visited Sudan late Dec 2021/Jan 2022, they are mountains climbers. They read a report of a group who climbed Taka Mountains in Kassala Sudan (on photo background), and decided to come to Sudan for this challenge. They chose us , as their guide to organise all visas, permits, and whole tour to Sudan.

Two days ago was their anniversary, we wish them a happy adventures together in the future.

Our guest David from 🇭🇺/🇮🇸 wrote some words about his tour with us to Sudan:

"Sudan has always been one of the least visited countries of the world.

I went there in December 2022. Khartoum was a very safe city with mix of bustling markets, older and ultra-modern buildings, friendly people and generally a very good vibe. I visited some mosques, monuments and other buildings but the real highlight was the people. I met a farmer living on Tuti Island near the confluence of the two Niles. I went to see a Nubian wrestling competition – so interesting. I went to a Sufi religious celebration – so many happy people. I went to a large camel market outside of the city – it was very memorable. I stayed at the Acropole Hotel in Khartoum – an institution run by a Greek family since 1952 and where time had stopped. Some of the main sights are outside of Khartoum – Sudan has more pyramids than Egypt.

I know what’s happening right now in Sudan but it will once again be one of the most interesting countries to visit when political stability comes back."

Confluence of Blue and White Nile, very unique point in Tuti Island.

Here are Tuti Island, where Blue and White Nile meet to form the Nile till Egypt.
You can notice that on the right side the blue Nile is dark, that is why it is called Blue which means dark color in Sudanese Arabic, White Nile is more clear, and Sudanese use the color White to describe purity.

الجزيرة الوثائقية تتمنى لكم يوما سعيدا 📸:

من الأهرامات النوبية في السودان، والتي بناها حكام الممالك الكوشية القديمة في القرن السابع قبل الميلاد، ويبلغ عددها نحو 220 هرما.

بُنيت الأهرامات في ثلاث مناطق من النوبة، لتكون أضرحة لملوك وملكات مدينتي نبتة ومروي التاريخيتين، وفيهما يُوجد أكثف مواقع بناء الأهرام النوبية على مسافة نحو 200 كيلومتر شمال مدينة الخرطوم.
تختلف أحجام وأبعاد أهرام النوبة بشكل ملحوظ عن الأهرامات المصرية، فهي أصغر بكثير ويُعتقد أنها بنيت بتصاميم المباني النوبية القديمة، ويتراوح ارتفاعها بين 6 و30 مترا.
