As the sun is shining daily, we have decided to open our dock daily! As of tomorrow we will be OPEN; Weekdays 13:00-20:00 & Weekends 11:00-20:00 (closed Midsummer weekend). As some of you already know, we have made the difficult decision to close the Adventure Café at Stockholm Adventures for the moment and postpone the start of our summer season due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We hope to reopen in time to start our summer season on 01 MAY. In the meantime we are working from home to assist with queries and future bookings.

The Warmest Winter in 260 years!

Despite having unseasonably warm temperatures this winter season which meant a longer drive than usual to the ice, we did it! We delivered great ice skating tours to lots of international guests on excellent ice! We were commended by many of you who joined us on going ‘above and beyond’ and exceeding expectations! We of course, have our team of super ice guides to thank for that. They showed up, they delivered energy, enthusiasm and expertise; always with smiles on their faces even though there were a lot of exceptionally long days!

As we say on our webpage:

We plan every ice skating tour carefully with our expert local knowledge and the most up to date ice reports to ensure we skate on the best natural ice for the day. This means that, depending on the weather conditions, the location of our adventure and the skating conditions may vary. We could go to a small lake, to Lake Mälaren (the 5th largest lake in Europe) or to the Baltic Sea in Stockholm’s archipelago – we won’t know until that day. One thing we do know for sure is, it’ll be a great experience!

On some days we needed to drive 2-2.5 hours to ‘the best natural ice for the day’! We hope we’ve proved our commitment to that statement this season.

All our day tours and our 3 Day Swedish Skating Adventures were fantastic, with happy guests all round. So, a big thank you goes out to all who helped make that happen!

We will be sharpening our skates in anticipation for a very cold and icy winter season next year! All our day tours are bookable online.

We made this movie 3 years ago when there was lots of ice on Riddarfjärden just in front of City Hall! We've had no such ice this year unfortunately, but we've had a good season despite the unseasonably warm weather! A big thank you to all our most excellent guides and all our wonderful guests who joined us skating on the best natural ice for the day! We hope to see you all next year!
