Ministry of haj & umrah has released a statement that rawdah permit via NUSUK can only be applied once every 365 days. (Before was once every month).

This new regulation will have impact to all Visit & Tourist Visas that have 1 year validity (multiple entry) as NUSUK registration is linked to individual visa number.

Umrah visa holders will not be affected as rawda permit can be obtained through their respective muassasah.

*NUSUK is an official app to apply permit umrah & rawdah.

Tomorrow will be the most important day for pilgrims. Why 9 zulhijjah is important?

✅There best dua is dua during Arafah

✅9 Zulhijjah is the best day in the year, it is stated in many hadith.
The Prophet (saw) said, 'There are no days greater and more beloved to Allah than these (first) ten days of Dhul-Hijjah'.

✅Fasting on the Day of Arafah expiates the sins of the past year and the coming year

✅There is no day on which Allah frees people from the Fire more so than on the day of 'Arafah.

✅ Most important rituals for haj. Arafah is haj. If a pilgrim did not attend wuquf in arafah, the haj is nullified. It cannot be paid by dam or anything else.

Dont forget to fast, and dua as much as you want!

The Crescent for the month of Zulhijjah 1444H was sighted today! Eid Al Adha will be on Wednesday, 28 June 2023.

We are 1 day ahead from Singapore this year. As Singapore will be celebrating Eid Adha on 29 June Thursday.

✅Fasting on the first 9 days of Dhul Hijjah is highly recommended by the prophet.

✅Its is Sunnah for those who intend to perform qurban to not cut his hair off his head, face or body, and also his nails until the qurban is completed

May Allah accepts all our good deeds in this month of zulhijjah.

MAKKAH- Hajj regulation.

Effective today, 15 May, residents without valid entry permits will be denied access at Makkah checkpoints. The decision comes as part of Saudi Arabia’s efforts to regulate the Hajj pilgrimage for the current season.

✅You can still enter Makkah to perform Umrah by booking Umrah permit through NUSUK which will only be available until 4 June 2023 (15 Zulkaedah 144H).

You need to leave makkah by 4 June if you do not have haj visa or valid permits.

Alhamdulillah! KSA has set four conditions that pilgrims must abide by if they wish to carry Zamzam water with them.

✅ 1. Pilgrims must not put the Zamzam bottles inside their luggage, but to check in separately

✅2. Purchasing Zamzam from the main selling points at airport only (sealed and meant for airshipping)

✅3. Each pilgrim leaving on an international flight is allowed to carry one Zamzam bottle only( 5-litres)

✅4. Pilgrims must provide proof of Umrah registration through the Nusuk app

Pros
✅ Near to Alharam mosque
✅Huge variety of food courts & stores

Cons
❌ The price is quite expensive especially Dar tawhid Intercontinental and Raffles Makkah.

❌ Clock towers: Catching up with the elevator maybe quite challenging during peak hours.

❌ Clock towers: Bus and Van needs Permit to enter during peak hours you may need to liaise with your drivers and reception if you are going DIY

❌During prayer hours, sometimes they don't allow any car to go in, so avoid coming in during prayer times. Parking is impossible at these hotels

Performing umrah is not difficult. It is quite straightforward and easy to understand. If you're coming for the first time, it is best to read more and understand about the dos and donts. It's also recommended to get a mutawwif with you, if you're not familiar with the doors and entrance of Masjidil haram.

We have simplified the steps so its easier to understand. There are restrictions that you must not do when in state of ihram, otherwise you are required to pay dam. Always ask your mutawwif/ustaz if you're not sure.

There are many historical places in Makah and Madinah that worth visiting.

It is best to hire a personal driver to drive you around these places. And if it is your first time, it is highly recommended to get a mutawwif with you so that he can explain in-depth about the seera of this places

To those who are coming soon, it is good to have these application handy on your phone.

1. Ride hailing app like uber/careem are good for one way journey. For full day tour, it is best to engage a personal driver.

2. NUSUK app is mandatory to enter Rauda, they are very strict and they check every single permit. For umrah in Makkah, it is quite lenient most of the time they will not check.

3. The travel cards work exactly like e-zlink, you have to apply and topup amount into the cards. The exchange rate is much better than normal banks.

4. The food delivery apps are usually needed in Madinah, because there aren't many choices there unlike Makkah.

Lets start with WHEN is the best time to visit?

If you have the luxury to choose the 'perfect' time to come without any work leave restrictions, consider this tip!

Saudi Arabia in general, is a very hot & dry country. When performing umrah, you will most probably pray at the mosque 5 times a day and that requires lots of energy.

Winter in middle east countries is not extreme or snowy, it is very comfortable and windy. So consider the winter season, cause good weather is equal to good vibes.🇸🇦
