The condominium is within the boundary of Jurong East Street 32 & Jurong East Ave 1. Mayfair Neighbourhood Committee (NC) is formed on 1st May 2002. The Neighbourhood Committee was formed as part of the initiative by the People's Association to cater to the needs of Private Estate Residents under the designated neighbourhood. Committee members are volunteers who live in the Mayfair Condominium. Th
ey have offered their time and services to organise and coordinate social, health and other community services such as Health Talk, Educational Tours To Farms, etc. The objectives of the NC are to promote neighbourliness, harmony and cohesiveness among the condominium residents; to liaise with and make recommendations to governmental authorities on the needs of residents; to disseminate information and channel feedback on government policies and actions from residents; and to promote good citizenship among residents. Mayfair NC have been organising Annual Chinese New Year Celebration, Annual Mid-Autumn festival Celebration and Local & Overseas Excursion to promote neighbourliness and bonding among the residents.
