Yoga Teacher; Urbane Hippie I have practiced yoga since I was in the womb. I do my best to help build strength, openness and awareness.

My job is to teach people and to encourage exploration of their own unique process with active listening and compassion. I believe that yoga can fit everyone. Originally from the US, I recently moved to Singapore from Toronto, Canada and am looking for new opportunities to share and build upon my knowledge and experience. I believe that Yoga cultivates resilience. It helps to distill the important stuff from all of the distractors... all just by reminding us to breathe.
