Outdoor terraces are a common feature in many of our houses. Its a great way to extend your living space out to the garden. The sheltered terrace helps to shade the sun and keep out the rain even when you're not using it. And of course it's a lovely place to play, entertain or just to relax.

Primrose Avenue Rotating Screens

This 3 storey intermediate terrace house has a unique screen which can be rotated 360 degrees. The screen has an aerodynamic section which can be rotated to catch the breeze and channel it into the house. The screen is made of timber on one side and white powdercoated aluminium on the other.

65 Greenfield Drive

Movable timber screens made from Accoya treated timber and with motorised drive system from Kaba enables the owner to move the screens to shade the rooms internally or slide them for a better view of the park.
