Empowering Tomorrow's Leaders! 🌟👩‍🎓👨‍🎓 This week we welcomed an exceptional group from Guangzhou for their Youth Leadership Training Summit! 🌏💼 Fostering leadership skills, cultural exchange, and lifelong friendships that will shape a brighter future! 🤝🗺️ Over the 6D5N, the youth leaders also visited our famous Rain Vortex at Jewel, toured the Singapore Zoo, Gardens by the Bay, National University of Singapore, cycled at East Coast Park, did Abseiling and Kayaking, and also enjoyed a cultural night filled with traditional games and sharing of Singapore’s history! 💧🐒🪴🏫🚲🛶

Great day to be out and about! Day 2 of Camp Renewal for current trainers. Time to LEARN, UNLEARN and RELEARN.

DAY 1 - DISC profiling, Tent Pitching and Shelter Building, Expedition planning

DAY 2 - Rafting Challenge, 20 km Expedition walk and cycle.

DAY 3 - Outdoor cooking, Kayaking and Campfire!

Trainers will be practising the 7 principles of Leave No Trace throughout the camp.

Let's hope the principle of Plan Ahead and Prepare last night paid off!

Job Description:
1) Deliver a satisfactory camp programme to clients
2) Ensure participants are safe throughout the duration of the camp programme
3) Look after the welfare of the participants
4) Conduct meaningful activities and debriefs to facilitate the participants' learning
5) Attend ALL pre-camp briefings and reconnaissance
6) Have fun with the participants!
7) Stay overnight for camp programmes
8) Facilitate programmes via Zoom
