The Purple Whale is a little company based in Singapore that is in the process of being set up. Thought up by founders Nigel Chan and Marcus Ng, we plan on equipping more people with the ablility to document their adventures by selling sports cameras (there will be more products to come) at very affordable prices. A little more about the founders of the Purple Whale:
Nigel Chan and Marcus Ng met
back in 2007 in a swimming club in Singapore, where they started their friendship. Through their years together, they started to develop a hunger for adrenaline and thus started taking up mountain biking as their hobby in 2011. As their interest in mountain biking and other sources of adrenaline developed, they realised they needed to buy more equipment to fuel their love for adventure. With the prices of all those must-have equipment being so expensive, they came up with the idea of selling those must-have products to other thrill-seekers at more affordable prices - giving birth to the Purple Whale.
