- I am currently based on the sunny island city of Singapore. All orders will be made, packed and shipped from here via SingPost.
- The jewelry wire I use is tarnish-resistant and lead and nickel free. As I use some unconventional materials, all jewelry findings and components are cleaned with surgical spirit and coated in Jewelry Shield before and after assembly. HOWEVER, this DOES NOT guarantee that the pieces will be safe to wear should you have a pre-existing metal, brass, lead or nickel allergy.
- All jewelry, knickknacks and bric-a-bracs have been created in a pet friendly environment.

Ready-made items will be shipped 1-2 days upon receiving payment. Made-to-order items currently have a 3-4 day turn over time period. Should an item take more time, you will notified via Etsy conversation. I do not ship on Sundays and public holidays. International orders will be shipped via registered mail. YOUR ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED TO THE ADDRESS ON YOUR ETSY RECEIPT. Please make sure this is correct. If your purchase is a gift and needs to be shipped to a different address, please notify me upon completion of your purchase.

IMPORTANT NOTE: International buyers are responsible for any Customs charges, taxes and additional postal fees. Please note that the postal service can be fickle. Domestic orders MAY take up to 1-2 weeks to arrive. International orders MAY take over a month, depending on where the item is being shipped to. This is usually due to Customs, which I have no control over. Should this be an issue, please contact me for possible express shipping options. If your item(s) get lost in the mail (knock wood), please contact me and I will refund your order or replace it, if possible. Thank you for understanding!

- As with many sellers on Etsy, I aim to ensure that your experience here is a pleasant one. Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact me stating what the problem is and I will do my best to resolve it for you. If an item arrives broken, I am more than happy to refund or exchange it. Please note, however, that refunds are issued MINUS the cost of shipping and handling.
- Refunds will only be issued upon return of the item in the mail.
- Breakage or tarnishing of items through everyday wear or improper handling (ie. wearing it in the shower) is not returnable, refundable or replaceable.
- All 'SALE' items are final.
